From 2 to 10 January 2020, Eintracht will again ready themselves for the second half of the season in the USA, where they will also meet Hertha BSC in a friendly on 9 January.

As they did last year, Eintracht Frankfurt will prepare for the second half of the Bundesliga season in the USA. From Thursday 2 January to Friday 10 January 2020, head coach Adi Hütter and his team will be in Florida, where they will round off their trip with a friendly against Bundesliga rivals Hertha BSC on Thursday 9 January at the Al Lang Stadium in St. Petersburg. The Eagles, who finished seventh last season, will once again train at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

The Bundesliga exhibition match will open the Florida Cup event, an international invitational tournament that will take place after Eintracht’s visit. Eintracht took part in the competition in 2019.

Board member Fredi Bobic said: “We saw last winter that Florida is an ideal place for our preparations. We want to soak up the spirit and fitness that we acquired there again this year, and at the same time we’re really looking forward to the match against Hertha. This tour also forms part of our international activities in the USA, and will again prove that we are a great ambassador for the Bundesliga.”
