Danny Blum has joined Spanish Segunda Division side UD Las Palmas on loan with immediate effect.

Winger Blum will remain with the second-tier outfit for the rest of the current campaign after passing a medical on Wednesday. The Eagles have agreed a loan deal until June 2019 with the Gran Canaria-based club, who have an option to buy Blum on a permanent basis at the end of the season.

“We wish Danny all the best at his new club and are excited about his development there,” sporting director Bruno Hübner said of the 27-year-old left-footer, who joined Eintracht on a free transfer from 1. FC Nürnberg in the summer of 2016. He has made 24 appearances for the Eagles in total, scoring four goals and providing two assists.

We wish you the best of luck and look forward to seeing you again soon, Danny!
