Fredi Bobic: "With our fans behind us, we want to make sure we reach the semi-finals."

The draw for the DFB Cup last eight took place on Sunday during a special edition of ARD's Sportschau show, broadcast from the German Football Museum in Dortmund.

Oliver Roggisch, who won the 2007 World Men's Handball Championship with Germany, made the draw and pulled Eintracht out of the hat first, guaranteeing a home tie at the Commerzbank Arena, before drawing fellow Bundesliga outfit Mainz as the Eagles' opposition. The game will take place on 6 or 7 February.

Eintracht board member Fredi Bobic said: "We're really looking forward to a home tie against our neighbours Mainz. With our fans behind us, we want to make sure we reach the semi-finals and take another step towards fulfilling our dream of being in Berlin again."
