Off to new shores: Kevin Trapp

Kevin Trapp joined SGE in 2012 and capped 96 competitive games for us including nine in the UEFA Europa League. The former Germany youth keeper was Eintracht's team captain last season.

Kevin Trapp: "It was not an easy decision at all, I made a big step forward in my career by being part of Eintracht. We agreed to extend my contract here only a few months ago in February after three fantastic years. And I admire the SGE supporters not only for their creativity but also for everything they are willing to do to support the team. Of course I look forward to the new challenge at one of Europe's top clubs. Eintracht and the times we had together will always have a place in my heart."

We wish Kevin all the best for his private and sportive future!
