Eintracht Frankfurt have signed 23 year old defender Bastian Oczipka from Bayer Leverkusen. Oczipka signed a three year contract until June 2015.

The left defender had spells at his local clubs SV Blau-Weiß Hand and SSG Bergisch Gladbach before joining the youth of Bayer Leverkusen in 1999. In August 2008 he joined Hansa Rostock on loan and in December 2009 St. Pauli, also within a loan deal. He returned to Leverkusen in June last year.
Oczipka featured in 29 Bundesliga matches and in 58 in Bundesliga 2, he also had three appearances in the Champions League.
