The ‘Eintracht e.V.’ (listed club) with over 15,000 members (as of July 2010) offers 22 different sports across 16 divisions: athletics, badminton, basketball, boxing, cheerleading, curling, dance, darts, fitness, football, gymnastics, handball, hockey, ice hockey, icestock sports, martial arts, rugby, table tennis, tennis, triathlon, ultimate Frisbee and volleyball. 8,000 members form the fan and supporter’s division. With regards to football the club is only responsible for youth, amateur and women's teams.

The Steering Committee is the highest board. Their members include the president (Peter Fischer) as well as four vice presidents, all responsible for different tasks (Fred Moske / finances, Hans-Dieter Burkert / amateur decisions excluding football, Klaus Lötzbeier / amateur football, Axel Hellmann / legal matters). Further committees include the administrative board, the electoral committee and the honorary committee. In an additional committee, the advisory committee, all 15 sections are represented.
